The shelf life of VitDee Lypospheric Vitamin D - 100ml is up to 12 months from date of manufacture. Store cool and dry. After opening, a bottle should be stored in a refrigerator (5-7°C). The DRI (Daily Reference Intake) depends on age and personal condition. 1 pump provides 25 mcg of vitamin D3. Age 4 - 11 years pump 2x, from 11 years pump 4x. Pregnant women can also use this product.
