In production I make sure that everything runs neatly and on time.
I am punctual in my work and find it important that products are well processed and handled.
This way I contribute to a stable and reliable production department where colleagues can rely on each other.
Working in this team is really a plus for me. We are very close and look out for each other, both at work and outside.
Colleagues sometimes call me the “mom of the production team” – I like to care, listen, and be there when someone needs to talk.
At the same time I am a hard worker, but every now and then also up for a laugh. That keeps the atmosphere light, while the work simply continues.
Because I now live within cycling distance, I get on my bike every workday heading to Vehgro. That fits well with how I like to live and work: down-to-earth, active and with a steady rhythm.
What matters most to me? That you are not a number here. Everyone cares about you and you notice that colleagues really see one another.
