I stay calm when it's busy, work step by step and pay close attention to what is expected of me.
That way we keep the line running and ensure products are finished neatly.
I think it's important that we work well together and help each other where needed.
A joke now and then is part of that for me. It keeps the atmosphere good and makes us enjoy our work.
Meanwhile the work simply continues and together we make sure everything is finished on time.
At Vehgro I get the chance to work and learn, and I gladly take that opportunity.
That sometimes means going back to the books after a working day, but I'm happy to do it.
Every morning I hop on my bike to work. On the floor I like a steady pace and just doing what needs to be done. Preferably with good music from the '70s, '80s or '90s.
