In production I ensure that bulk bags are repackaged into smaller quantities. This helps keep stock levels up and allows products to be processed properly.
I find it important that each product is filled to the correct amount. I also make sure the label is clearly readable and neatly placed on the product.
Those are small details, but it's precisely those that make the difference in daily work.
For me, a close-knit team is important. When collaboration runs smoothly, the flow within the company also stays good.
I like to work with clear agreements and short lines. A quick consultation, staying open with each other and helping where needed: that's how you progress together.
Colleagues can count on me when input is needed. I remain calm, respond appropriately and keep my commitments.
I am proud when customers are satisfied with something I contributed to. That gives satisfaction and shows that careful work has an effect.
At the moment I am happy with what I do, but I am also open to further growth. A responsible role would be a nice step for me to further develop myself.
Privately I have lived with my partner for 18 years in a nice house in Germany. In my free time I enjoy shopping, gardening, reading, gaming and cooking.
