Hi, I’m Necmeddin and I work as a logistics employee in the warehouse. I was looking for a new challenge and found a fresh start at VehGro. Together we ensure your order is processed correctly and leaves the door without hassle.

Everything in the right place, ready for shipment

On an average day I’m busy loading and unloading. What comes in, I register and put in the correct place in the warehouse. I also ensure orders are picked on time. By working neatly and checking carefully, we keep everything organized and can keep moving. For me the difference is in the details: good packing, clear working methods and keeping the workspace tidy. That makes it easier for everyone—and especially more reliable for you as a customer.

I find communication important. If we coordinate clearly, the work goes faster and you avoid misunderstandings. I prefer to act directly: say what’s needed, keep agreements and help each other where possible. With a bit of humor the atmosphere stays good. Colleagues can count on me if something comes up. I adapt, step in and make sure we meet the schedule together.

Taking experience with me, growing further

I’m proud of the logistical experience I bring, and of the opportunity I have at VehGro to grow further. In the coming period I’d like to develop more on the logistics side. Getting better at how we process goods and keep orders flowing smoothly—that’s work I enjoy. Outside work I recharge by going out to eat and exercising. On the shop floor? I’m usually calm, in a good mood and with a joke now and then.
