
Helping German customers from request to solution
On an average workday I am mainly busy processing incoming emails. I handle orders, quotations and requests and ensure everything is properly followed up. I also handle complaints so that customer satisfaction remains high. Depending on what is needed, I arrange the correct documents and certificates and ensure they are submitted correctly. I make the difference by communicating in a friendly and clear manner and by handling questions quickly and reliably. I like to work in a structured way so that customers know what to expect.
