
Always looking for how it can be better
On an average workday I’m busy with the customer journey, email marketing, social media and everything that comes in between. No day is the same, but usually I’m improving or testing something. I like to look at the bigger picture: how someone goes from first visit to becoming a customer. I pay attention to what feels logical for the user and what is unnecessarily complicated. Small adjustments can make a big difference. That’s why I like to try out new ideas and see what really works.
