Hi, I'm Janine and I work within Sourcing & Sales at VehGro. I focus on German and international sales, private label trajectories and product development. What I like about my job is the variety between customer contact, bringing structure and collaborating on new opportunities.

Switching between customers, orders and development

On a typical workday I have contact with customers and partners from various international markets. A large part of my time goes to supporting German and international sales, preparing quotes and coordinating orders. In addition, I work on private label projects, guiding customers in the development of their own products. I also coordinate a lot with colleagues from other departments so that processes run smoothly and customers are well served. That combination of commerce, collaboration and product development makes my work varied and interesting.

Our team works closely together and communication is open. Everyone helps each other when needed, which ensures projects run smoothly and collaboration feels natural. I personally prefer short lines of communication and clear agreements. I find open communication important so that everyone stays well aligned and we can move forward together. Colleagues and customers can count on me to work calmly and carefully. I pay attention to details and try to take on tasks fairly and attentively.

Continuing to build knowledge and relationships

I am proud that since I started I have been able to contribute to the growth of the German market. Over time that development even led to the team being expanded with an additional German colleague. In the coming years I want to continue growing in managing key accounts and building strong, long-term collaborations. I also want to further broaden my product knowledge so that I can contribute even more to product development. Privately I like to travel, among other things because many of my friends live abroad. I also enjoy music and reading, and at home I am the proud 'mother' of two dogs.
