Some notes on walnuts

Walnut is usually referred to as the fruit of the common walnut or walnut tree (Juglans regia). Walnuts are grown in abundance in countries with a temperate climate. Warm summers and relatively cold to mild winters are an ideal climate. The walnut tree is popular because it repels mosquitoes. Walnuts can be gathered, 'clubbed' from the tree or harvested with a harvesting machine. Walnuts are not eaten fresh from the tree. Irresistible light walnuts
These light walnuts are really delicious. They contain a lot of nutrients. If you are a vegetarian, for example, you can substitute these quite well if you don't eat meat. I also give these walnuts to my guinea pig who also loves them and if he doesn't eat too many, it's good for him too.
