Toasted Soy Flour

Soya flour can be made in two ways. The first way is to toast the beans, remove the hulls and then grind them into powder. The second way is to grind the whole beans, unprocessed, into flour. Both types can be used in all kinds of baking products such as biscuits, cakes, pizza and bread. Untoasted soy flour has a slightly coarser structure and a more pronounced nutty flavour.
