Place your order on a business day before 16:00 CET? We dispatch it that same afternoon from our warehouse in Oldenzaal (NL).
Typical transit times:
• Netherlands / Belgium / Germany: next working day.
• Other EU countries: 1-4 working days.
• Worldwide (UPS Express Saver): 1-2 working days, depending on destination and shipping method.

Worldwide parcels (up to 25 kg*)
Orders shipping to non-EU destinations are sent under the DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterm. We do not charge VAT; any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are paid by the receiver on delivery.

*Heavier parcels (> 25 kg) and pallets (> 70 kg) are calculated automatically in the checkout. **Prices shown are the lowest entry in each rate sheet (ex VAT) to give a quick indication. Exact costs depend on destination + weight and appear once you add items to the cart.
Track & Trace
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive an automatic e-mail with a tracking link. When an order ships in multiple packages, you’ll get a separate link for each box.

Sustainable packaging
We ship in plain cardboard boxes with recycled paper void-fill. Our craft pouches come in several sizes, allowing us to minimise packaging waste.

Returns & quality issues

Why don’t we advertise “free shipping”?
Many of our products are heavy. “Free” shipping would simply roll the freight cost into the item price – contrary to our transparency policy.
