Orders shipping to non-EU destinations are sent under the DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterm. We do not charge VAT; any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are paid by the receiver on delivery.

Heavier parcels and pallets?
Prices shown above are the lowest entry in each rate sheet, ex VAT, to give a quick indication. Exact costs depend on destination and weight and appear once you add items and destination to the cart in the checkout.
Parcels ship up to 150 kg (heavier orders are automatically split across multiple boxes); pallet shipments up to 3,500 kg are calculated automatically in the checkout, based on weight and destination. Above 3,500 kg or for custom freight, we will gladly make you a price offer.
Our advice: for heavier or larger orders, always choose a mini-pallet or pallet. Shipping in individual parcels (multiple boxes) carries a higher risk of transit damage.

Track & Trace
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive an automatic e-mail with a tracking link. When an order ships in multiple packages, you’ll get a separate link for each box.

We ship in plain cardboard boxes with recycled paper void-fill. Our craft pouches come in several sizes, allowing us to minimise packaging waste.
