Description:

The extraordinary Reishi mushrooms can be found in the remote and mountainous forests of China, Japan and Korea. This is where they originally come from. They grow in places where it is warm, moist and shady, where they can grow on the lower trunk of deciduous hardwood trees.

The Reishi mushrooms have been used for thousands. When you see the Reishi mushroom you will immediately notice its distinctive red cap. A fresh mushroom is picked between August and October and feels soft and corky. Because this is a special mushroom, the Reishi mushroom is also called the "mushroom of immortality."
