This Privacy Policy explains how VehGro B.V. handles data in relation to the VehGro MAKE_URL Add-on (“the Add-on”).
1. What the Add-on does
The Add-on converts text entered in Google Sheets into URL-friendly strings. This may include:
- transforming uppercase letters to lowercase
- replacing accented characters
- converting supported symbols
- removing unsupported characters
2. Data processed
The Add-on processes only the text that a user provides in Google Sheets when using the function. This may include product names, labels, or other spreadsheet content entered by the user.
3. Personal data
The Add-on is not designed to collect or profile users, and it is not intended to process personal data beyond any content that a user may choose to place in a spreadsheet cell.
4. Storage and sharing
VehGro B.V. does not intentionally store, sell, or share the spreadsheet input processed by the Add-on for marketing purposes. Data is only used as needed to provide the functionality of the Add-on.
5. Google services
The Add-on operates within Google Workspace / Google Sheets. Use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
6. Security
We aim to apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Add-on. However, no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
