Preparation Pancake mix

1. Put 10 tablespoons of the mix (80 g) in a mixing bowl, add 100 ml (almond) milk and mix to a smooth batter.
2. Then grease the pan with extra virgin coconut oil and fry the mix on medium heat.
3. Bake 3 American pancakes of each 1/3 of the batter.
4. If desired, top the pancakes with a dash of organic agave syrup.
