Recipe for the Banana & Chocolate Organic Pancake mix
- Put 7 tablespoons of the mix (80 g) in a mixing bowl, add 100 ml (almond) milk and mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Then grease the pan with extra virgin coconut oil and fry the mix on medium heat.
- Bake 3 American pancakes of each 1/3 of the batter.
- If desired, top the pancakes with a dash of organic agave syrup.
- Enjoy your meal!
