Nutrikraft Vitamin D3 supplements contains 60 oval yellow softgel capsules. These capsules have a fatty structure, this is because vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin.

What does vitamin D3 do and how can you get it?

Vitamin D3 is a form of vitamin D. The main task of vitamin D is to ensure that there is sufficient calcium in our blood.

Plants also make a form of vitamin D with sunlight. We call it Vitamin D2. It has slightly different properties and vitamin D2 is less well absorbed by the human body.

We recommend adults to take 1 capsule daily with a (fat) meal. Each capsule contains 75 mcg Vitamin D3. This daily quantity should not be exceeded and the capsules should be kept out of reach of children, closed, cool and dry.
