What is NAC?

N-Acetyl-Cysteine, also known as NAC, is a powerful detoxifier, helping to remove heavy metals and other toxins from the body. 

N-acetyl-cysteine is used in respiratory diseases associated with the production of tough mucus, such as bronchitis and emphysema. Acetylcysteine makes the mucus thinner and therefore less viscous and makes it easier to cough up.

Recommended use of NAC capsules

Our capsules each contain 500 mg NAC. Take 1 to 2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake and use NAC as a dietary supplement and not as a replacement for a balanced and varied diet.
