What is bruschetta?What exactly is bruschetta? The dish consists of grilled bread (multigrain or white), which has been rubbed with garlic and drizzled with olive oil, plus salt and pepper. In addition to that, on bruschetta you will find tomato/tomato puree, sausage, vegetables, red pepper and sometimes mozzarella cheese. Often the olive oil is mixed with the herbs beforehand.

What exactly is in a bruschetta herb mix? Because it is an Italian dish, traditional bruschetta herb mixes contain mainly Italian herbs such as oregano and basil. Salt and pepper are also included, of course.

What's in a burrito seasoning mix?As with any herb mix, it is important for the burrito herb mix that all herbs are measured correctly.
