When will my order be delivered?

Netherlands

If you place an order before 5 pm on a working day, we will ship the package the same day. This means that your order will usually be delivered the next working day.

Belgium & Germany

If you place an order before 5 pm on a working day, we will ship the package the same day. This means that your order will usually be delivered in 1-2 days

International

It is possible that our carriers are very busy or are experiencing problems. This can mean that your order will be delivered later.

If the product is not in stock you will be contacted and an alternative delivery date will be agreed upon.

You will receive a Track and Trace code in your mailbox as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. With this code, you can see where your parcel is and what time the deliverer will be at your door. You can also arrange an alternative delivery time.

For bulk orders, a delivery date will be agreed upon together.

First, check the Track & Trace code in your mailbox, Does this code show that your order is delivered but you have not received it? Then click here to contact us 

What is the expected delivery time?

We will do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. The Track & Trace code you receive gives an estimated time of delivery. You can find the Track & Trace code in your mailbox. We do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible.
