The product is made from pre-steamed durum wheat, contains 12 g of protein and 13 g of fiber per 100 grams and is organically certified. The wheat is grown and processed in Turkey.

Ways to prepare medium bulgur

Cook 200 grams in 400 ml of lightly salted water for 10 to 12 minutes. Then let rest with the lid closed for another 5 minutes before fluffing the grains with a fork.

Prefer not to cook on the stove? Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 150 grams of medium bulgur, cover and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes. This method is ideal for salads and light side dishes.
