Roasted Millet Organic
Roasted Millet Organic
Millet (Genus panicum) is a cereal crop. Originally millet comes from China. Millet is a small white-yellow grain that can be eaten in the same way as rice. Millet is rich in protein, silica and iron. After harvesting the millet, it is dried and roasted, leaving puffed millet.
Applications of puffed millet
Puffed millet is basically just popcorn. Only not from corn but from millet. You can use it as such. But due to its small size, puffed millet also works well as an airy filling in cereal or chocolate bars.
