Half a banana
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
  • A small cup of fresh orange juice
  • A small cup of soy yoghurt
  • 1teaspoon of wheatgrass-powder
  • Mix it in a blender and the delicious smoothie is ready to use.
