Smoothie with banana and superfoods:
- Half a banana
- 1 tablespoon of chia seed
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
- A small cup of fresh orange juice
- A small cup of soy yoghurt
- 1teaspoon of wheatgrass-powder
Mix it in a blender and the delicious smoothie is ready to use.
