Recipe for Superfood Smoothie with Hempseed and Blueberries
Are you hungry for sweet? But do you want something to eat or drink that is healthy? Try this superfood smoothie! Healthy, savoury but still tasty.
- 5 tablespoons hempseed
- 150 gram blueberries
- 3 dates (stoned)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- A maximum of half a litre of water (use about 300ml to make your smoothie creamier)
