Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tea spoon of extract (RebA95%)
- 150 grams of coconut oil
- a pinch of
- 200 grams self-rising flour
Preparation method
- Beat the eggs with the stevia powder extract
- Add the coconut oil, a pinch of Himalayan salt and the flour and stir well
- Bake the cake in an elongated shape in a well-preheated oven at approx. 165 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes
