Sugar-free orange drink Banner

A simple, sweet, dental- and bloodsugar friendly smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses

  • 2 bananas
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt (lean)
  • 1/4 tl. Stevia extract
  • 2-3 crushed ice cubes

Preparation method

  1. Cut the banana into cubes and put them together with the other ingredients in the mixer.
  2. Mix until you get a creamy drink.
  3. Pour the lemonade into glasses filled with ice cubes, and decorate the rim of each glass with a lemon slice.
  4. Then serve it.

1-10 minutes
