
A delicious soup from asparagus with a pinch of saffron and stevia
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 8 asparagus
- 3 spring onions - finely chopped
- Milk
- a threads Bag of saffron threads
- 1/5 litres of whole milk
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/5 litres water.

Preparation method
- Fry the sliced spring onions in the olive oil.
- Meanwhile, peel the asparagus and cut them into pieces.
- Put them in the pan.
- Fry everything for a short time
- Add the milk, 4 to 8 saffron threads, water and the chicken bouillon cubes to the pan and let everything come to a boil.
- Boil until the asparagus are cooked and puree the soup with a hand blender.
- Season with Himalaya salt, pepper and a little steviafluid extract.
