Easy recipy for a sugarfree apple pie

Ingredients

  • 1 roll of rolled puff pastry (± 230 g)
  • 4 to 5 apples (not too acidic)
  • 8 g Sugar-free Apple Pie with Stevia extract RebA97 powder
  • 50 g butter

Preparation method

  1. Peel the apples and remove the core.
  2. Cut into 8 pieces.
  3. Melt the butter with the stevia powder extract in the preheated baking dish.
  4. Spread this mixture well over the bottom and cover in circles with the apple pieces.
  5. Cover with the puff pastry that you push along the edges to the inside of the baking tin.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes in the oven at 180°.
  7. Put a plate on top of the baking tin and turn the cake.
