Stevia Chocolat Cake Banner

Today is World Health Day, so we share a delicious chocolate cake recipe with you. In this recipe stevia is used as a sweetener instead of sugar. The advantage of stevia is that it contains no calories, but still tastes deliciously sweet. The recipe is also gluten free and low in carbohydrates!

Recipy for chocolate cake with stevia

Ingredients:

Required utensils:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Saucepan
  • Mixer or Whisk
  • Springform pan
  • Baking paper

Preparation guide:

  1. Begin with the preheating of the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Then melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan.
  3. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes and then add the vanilla aroma while stirring.
  4. Now you can make the rest of the batter. Put the eggs, cream and stevia in a mixing bowl and mix it with a mixer or whisk.
  5. Then add the chocolate mixture to the mixture in the mixing bowl while stirring and beat everything together into a smooth batter.
  6. Grease the springform pan with butter or baking spray and use baking paper for the base.
  7. Now put the batter in the springform pan and put it in the oven for about 25 minutes. To test if the cake is done you can stick a skewer in the cake and if the skewer comes out clean, the cake is done.
  8. Allow the cake to cool briefly when it comes out of the oven.

Tip

Decorate the cake with, for example, whipped cream or delicious fresh fruit such as raspberries or strawberries. You could also try our delicious goji berries.
