The symptoms of Crohn's disease vary from individual to individual. The condition usually occurs intermittently for life. Attacks of Crohn's disease can be serious and can take weeks to months before a period of mild or no symptoms begins.
One in ten people have other Crohn's disease-related conditions such as arthritis, skin rash, eye disease, kidney stones and gallstones.
