Himalaya salt - primordial salt
The Himalayan salt , crystalline salt or Halite salt comes from the area 200-300 kilometres from the ridge with North Pakistan, not directly from the Himalaya Mountains. All crystal salt comes from Pakistan and is called Himalaya salt after the nearby Himalaya Mountains. Himalaya salt or crystal salt is a healthy alternative to common kitchen salt with the big difference that this salt still contains all the traces and minerals that are naturally present.
Himalaya salt as "sole"
A saturated solution of Himalaya salt or crystal salt in water is called a Himalaya salt sole or life water. The Himalaya salt chunks are used for this purpose. This solution is used by many people to alleviate all kinds of complaints or to promote general health. However, we cannot promise any medicinal effects from this product.
