Recipy for Almond bread with banana

Ingredients:

Optional:

  • ± 10 g of Almond flakes

Requirements:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Blender/kitchen machine
  • Baking tin

Preparation method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Use a blender or food processor to make a batter from the bananas, baking powder, eggs, almond flour, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and coconut oil.
  3. Pour the batter into a container and add the coarsely chopped almonds, sultanas (or currants) and mix well.
  4. Grease the baking tin. Pour the batter into the baking tray and sprinkle with almond flakes if necessary.
  5. Bake the bread for approximately 40 minutes in the preheated oven. If it turns brown too quickly, cover it with baking paper.
  6. You can check whether the bread is ready by pricking it with a skewer; if it remains clean, the bread is ready.
  7. The dish is now ready to serve, enjoy!

Tip:

You can keep the almond bread in the fridge for a couple of days
