
Recipy for Almond bread with banana
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Coconut oil
- 2 ripe bananas
- a handful ± 30 grams of Raisins or Berries
- ± 50 grams broken almonds
- 3 Eggs
- 140 grams almond flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- a pinch of salt (Tip: try our Himalayan Salt or )
Optional:
- ± 10 g of Almond flakes
Requirements:
- Mixing bowl
- Blender/kitchen machine
- Baking tin
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Use a blender or food processor to make a batter from the bananas, baking powder, eggs, almond flour, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and coconut oil.
- Pour the batter into a container and add the coarsely chopped almonds, sultanas (or currants) and mix well.
- Grease the baking tin. Pour the batter into the baking tray and sprinkle with almond flakes if necessary.
- Bake the bread for approximately 40 minutes in the preheated oven. If it turns brown too quickly, cover it with baking paper.
- You can check whether the bread is ready by pricking it with a skewer; if it remains clean, the bread is ready.
- The dish is now ready to serve, enjoy!
Tip:
You can keep the almond bread in the fridge for a couple of days
